Our professional technical team is the key to our success. The team has long time R&D experience in lots of national, provincial and city’s projects, and owns a number of patents and software products. 
 At present this efficient and energetic R & D team comprises of about 50 staffs with qualified educational background and profound working experience. Most of them have a bachelor or higher degree in computer science/engineering or related fields. In addition, more than 25% of them are senior developers and project managers. Logansoft also pays great attention to the development of talents with providing the technical staffs the professional training, such as courses from Oracle, IBM, Sun, HP and so on.
  Logansoft has a strong management team which includes overseas excellent project management talents and marketing expanding personnel with rich project management experiences and good communication capabilities with customers. Besides, the authentication of SEI CMMI Level3 is expected to pass in the July 2008, which further proves the standard R & D process management of this team.
Technical directions we cover:
◆     R & D of E-government and E-commerce systems based on J2EE technical architect and .net architect. Logansoft possesses multiple large servers of Sun brand and a complete set of software system. And all of our technical backbones in this team have received technical training from Sun. Thus logansoft shows great R & D capabilities in the development mode based on J2EE technical architect. By actively exploiting E-government and E-commerce markets and fully adopting international advanced and mature modes and ideas in E-government & E-commerce, this team has provided a large variety of mature and advanced solutions and products on E-government and E-commerce to governmental institutes and enterprises since its establishment.
 ◆     Research and product development based on portal technologies. With long-time research and development, the team based on Sun portal technology has currently accumulated abundant technical strengths in enterprise information portal technology, personal information portal technology, and portal integration of multi-application platforms and so on.
