◆ Simulative Development Platform of Household Appliance Controller
This system is mainly applied to developing the following household appliances: refrigerator, washing machine, induction cooker, microwave oven, electronic oven and air conditioner etc. Its controller mainly comprises of single-chip, a few outer chips and some common simulative parts.
It takes advantage of component library technology to manage components like simulative MCU, simulative outer chip and simulative outer devices and so on which can be chosen as it might need in the course of building simulative running environment.
This system provides support throughout the overall development process of the control software for household appliances (hereinafter referred to as control software): develop control software and generate executable files by the use of editor, compiler, assembler, connector and project manager; form simulative running environment by using maintenance tools of simulative running environment; use debugger to debug control software in simulative running environment; use simulative outer devices to vividly demonstrate the running conditions of household appliances; use software logical analysis instrument to observe the relationship between changes of specified signal collection station and time sequence of signals; use software performance analysis tools to analyze the performance of control software.
Building a simulative running environment for actual hardware system enables users to complete the operations of debugging, logical analysis and simulative running without the real hardware system and ultimately improves the parallel progress in both software and hardware development for information appliance controller.

◆ The Development and Management System of Product Source Code Component Library
This system is designed to provide development support on household appliance controller software and fulfill software component development for development engineers of traditional household appliance industrial software. It has three subsystems: subsystem of component generation, subsystem of component assembling and subsystem of component management. The first subsystem completes generating framework components, code components and compiling templates, checks their accuracy and then uploads them to component library. The second subsystem actualizes assembling the existing framework components and code components, and generates a complete and legal source program. The third subsystem carries out maintenance on component library together with management for all framework components, code components and compiling components.
◆ Automatic Testing Platform for Intelligent Appliance Industry based on labview
This system based on labview technology of NI is able to carry out function tests (FCT) on printed circuit board (PCB). It helps appliance controller testers go on all types of function testing conveniently, quickly and accurately, increases development efficiency, shortens the producing circle and meanwhile guarantees product quality.
